We'll go on the footsteps of the great Charlie Chaplin. Most of us know the little man with the melon and moustache in his most famous role as Tramp. But Charlie Chaplin was not only a comedian and actor, but also a director, screenwriter, editor, composer and film producer.

Charlie Chaplin`s world in Corsier sur Vevey - a museum to laugh, learn and have fun

The museum in the beautiful manor house accompanies you on the last 25 years of the legendary artist. Because here the British-born artist lived with his wife Oona until his death in 1977. His career took him from London, where he had already performed as a child, to the Hollywood dream factory. Charlie is known as the first world star of cinema and is one of the most influential comedians in film history. Characteristic for his films is the combination of slapstick comedy with serious to tragic scenes. Chaplin caused a sensation with his first sound film, the satirical anti-hitler parody "Der grosse Diktator".

Explore the private rooms of Charlie and Oona on a tour of the Manoir. The furniture and personal belongings of this extraordinary artist bear witness to his amazing career. In the studio you will be taken into the different epochs and the spectacular world of silent film. Marvel at the sets and try your skills in the art of pantomime. Around the manor house there is a 4 hectare estate. The park is open to the public and offers a wonderful view of Lake Geneva and the Alps.

Three venues are available in Chaplin`s World. The Manoir de Ban, where Charlie Chaplin lived, the studio with its Hollywood backdrops or the cosy restaurant "The Tramp" welcome you to spend unique hours with your guests.

Manor House Manoir de Ban

You can rent the upper floor, where Charlie Chaplin’s children used to live and play, for your event. The large hall with its distinctive roof beam can be individually adapted and is therefore suitable for various events - from seminars, gala dinners and cocktail receptions to private parties. The vaulted cellar serves as a hall for up to 40 people. It is furnished in the industrial style in the manner of Chaplin’s masterpiece "Modern Times" and is the ideal place for meetings or a meal for a small group. The pergola was already used by the Chaplin family for numerous events and picnics. The unspoilt view of Lake Geneva and the Alps provides an unforgettable setting for your banquet.

The Studio

Stroll through the symbolic film set in the "Studio" and immerse yourself in the Hollywood years of Charlie Chaplin. Make yourself comfortable in the cinema chair and enjoy your conference or presentation.

The Tramp

The restaurant is a very special place for your company party, the next company event or an anniversary. Rent the restaurant exclusively for your event for up to 90 people.
