We
provide special packages from Swiss seminar hotels and event venues, as well as
a one-stop service for finding and booking your seminar hotel.
The seminar package
What’s included in a seminar package? From the initial morning coffee to the aperitif at the end of a long day of seminars, a lot can be crammed into one-day seminar packages – the welcome coffee, the morning coffee break with fresh Gipfeli and fruit, lunch (either à la carte or buffet), the afternoon coffee break, mineral water in the room, lunch drinks, and afternoon cake.
If your event spans multiple days, the seminar packages will also include accommodation with breakfast. Depending on the hotel and services, you may be able to put the package together flexibly as a kit.
Seminar equipment
Does
the seminar package also include technical equipment? Yes, of course. Basic
equipment such as notepads, pens, flip charts, bulletin boards, screens and
projectors are a standard at Swiss seminar hotels these days.
But if you plan to have presentations featuring film clips and SoundClouds, you
will need a speaker and professional PA system, which usually cost extra.
Moderator’s kit
Most hotels provide seminar organisers with a free moderator’s kit, which is often required for workshops and training courses. Surveys and presentations can be affixed to the bulletin board using pins and post-it notes.
